Your customer account page is used for downloading each new eBook or eArticle you buy. It's also where you obtain RBR gift certificate codes to give to friends.
A customer account is automatically created for each first-time purchaser of an eBook, eArticle, Gift Certificate or Premium Site membership.
In addition, a customer account has retroactively been created for every person who has purchased an eBook, eArticle, Gift Certificate or Premium Site membership since December 2003.
Your customer account allows up to 4 additional downloads of every eBook or eArticle you purchase (and have purchased, if you are a previous customer).
You can use these downloads to upgrade to newer editions without charge even if there has been a price increase. You can easily replace copies if you change computers, suffer a hard drive crash, or have any other need.
Your account page is encrypted for security and allows you to keep your personal information up to date. This information will automatically populate the order form if you wish, making new purchases easier and quicker. (Note: RBR does not store your credit card information.)
You will be given the opportunity to access your account page immediately after your eBook, eArticle or Gift Certificate order is processed. Do the download then, or come back at your convenience 24/7. A login link for accessing your account can be found in the border of every RBR web page.
